Meet our Executive Staff:

Ralph Addis   Ralph Addis, Chief Executive Officer

Ralph has lived in the East Kimberley since 1996 and has been Chief Executive Officer of Wunan since its inception in 1998. Ralph has played a key role in both Wunan’s commercial investments and its strategy for social change in the East Kimberley built around housing, education, employment and an environment that supports Aboriginal success.

Ralph is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Masters of Economic Studies from the University of New England and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is also the Deputy Shire President of the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley, Board member of the Kimberley Development Commission and a member of the Ord Development Community and Social Infrastructure Taskforce.

Murray Coates   Murray Coates, General Manager Wunan Pathways

Murray has worked with Wunan for 3 years and during this time has played a key role in the establishment of Wunan’s training and employment section and has significantly contributed to Wunan’s strategic direction. Murray has over 15 years experience at senior management level with a degree in Social Work, Post Graduate Diploma of Management and Post Graduate Diploma of Company Directorship.

Murray has a long association with Rotary, is a member of the Kununurra Chamber of Commerce and is a Board member of the Ord Valley Muster, Kimberley Group Training and the Kimberley TAFE.

Mandy Dahms   Mandy Dahms, General Manager Corporate Services

Mandy has oversight of the organisation’s corporate services including finance, IT, investments, adminstration and HR. Mandy has a Diploma of Accounting and a Post Graduate Certificate of Philanthropy and Not for Profit Studies through QUT and has extensive expertise in the non government sector, with previous corporate management roles in both Community Services and Medical Research. Since joining Wunan in late 2007 Mandy has ensured that there is a solid corporate ‘backbone’ to the organisation.

Mandy has strong links with the community of Kununurra through her role supporting St Joseph’s Primary School as Treasurer of the P&F, as well as providing leadership and development to young local women as Coordinator of the junior netball competition.
